Our work

Some of the businesses we work with: what each one needed, what we did and when, and what changed. Only figures we can back up.

20+ companies served. 4.9/5 client rating.

01 SYB Builders, Canton, Texas

A commercial general contractor serving East Texas, including Tyler, Athens, Longview, Mineola and Lindale.

Website / SEO and GEO

The problem

A commercial contractor with work across East Texas and a Wix site that was broken, slow and gave Google and the AI tools almost nothing to read: no structured data, no pages for the towns it serves, old addresses that led nowhere.

What we did

1. March 2026: rebuilt the site from scratch on Next.js, with service pages, project case studies, estimate forms, a blog and 8 location pages. Every one of the 23 old Wix addresses redirects to its new page, so nothing that already ranked was lost.

2. March to September 2026: 90 blog articles live, 36 of them on launch day.

3. September 2026: fixed a canonical tag defect, wrote 57 meta descriptions, added breadcrumb markup to 108 pages, and added Longview, Mineola, Lindale and design-build pages.

4. Structured data and an llms.txt file, so Google and AI assistants read who SYB is and where it works. The code is the example on our audit page.

What changed

108 pages with structured data (our build log, September 2026)

90 articles published (March to September 2026)

23 old addresses redirected (none lost at launch)

Completely transformed our website and online presence and helped us look so much more professional. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure it came out to my team and I's desired result. Couldn't be more happy!

02 Aggieland Poker Club, College Station, Texas

A members poker club in College Station, home of Texas A&M.

Meta ads / Social media

The problem

A club that lives on its member roster: no members, no games. It needed people in College Station to know it exists, follow it, and join the GroupMe where the games get called.

What we did

1. Instagram and Facebook ads through Meta, running for five months and counting: the creative, the copy, the targeting around College Station and Aggieland, and the GroupMe join as the goal.

2. The posts and stories between the ads, so the account looks alive when a new follower lands on it.

What changed

680 members in the club's GroupMe, up from about 320 when the ads started (the club's own count, October 2026)

~1,000 new followers on Instagram and Facebook (the club's own count, five months of ads)

Both numbers are the club's own counts, from its GroupMe roster and its two accounts, five months into the ads.

03 Salons of Dallas Suites, Dallas, Texas

Private salon suites for lease, for hair, nail, skin and body professionals.

SEO / Social media

The problem

Google was leaving most of the site out. Search Console listed 94 pages as not indexed, the directory hid 18 stylist profiles behind a Load More button, and the review section was written by hand instead of pulled from Google.

What we did

1. September 2026: replaced the hand-written review blocks with the live Google reviews of the business, exactly as Google shows them.

2. September 2026: a canonical tag on every page, about 280 old addresses redirected to their new pages, and every profile and service linked from the directory, A to Z, so Google can reach all of them.

3. Instagram posts and reels for the suites, planned and designed by us.

What changed

94 pages Google reported as not indexed before the fix (Search Console, September 30, 2026)

~280 old addresses redirected (our build log, September 2026)

The fixes are live on salonsofdallas.com.

04 Tire Geeks, Sacramento, California

A tire and wheel shop with two Sacramento locations that also does lifts, suspension, brakes, alignment and repair.

Website / SEO / Social media

The problem

Two tire and wheel locations with a financing offer that customers never saw online, and a site Google could not tell apart from any other shop.

What we did

1. March 2026: finished and launched the Next.js website, with the financing offer and the tire finder on the first screen.

2. April 2026: an SEO audit, then schema fixes that mark the business up as a tire shop.

3. June 2026: corrected the opening hours across 22 files of the site.

4. By August 2026: four neighborhood pages, a team page with author bylines, 30 blog posts, and tire-size, wheel-size and fitment pages.

5. Since March 2026: social media captions and ad creative.

What changed

30 blog posts written (by August 2026)

4 neighborhood pages (by August 2026)

05 ABC Early Learning Academy, Ennis, Texas

A licensed child care center in Ennis, Texas, open 6 AM to 7 PM with meals included.

SEO and GEO / AI visibility audit / Ad design

The problem

Parents search for a daycare by town and by price, and ask the AI tools the same questions. The site had no page that answered either, and no license facts for Google or an assistant to trust.

What we did

1. An SEO and AI search plan for the site, and an AI search visibility audit: who Google and the assistants name for daycare in Ennis, and why.

2. October 2026: a pricing page with tuition and supply fees by age, the navigation grouped so every program is one tap away, and the state license facts on the site, where a parent and a search engine can both read them.

3. The tuition sheet as a post, so the same answer is on Instagram and Facebook.

4. Ads for Instagram and Facebook: the hours, the meals, the school run, infant care and scholarship help, one of them in Spanish.

What changed

Tuition by age has its own page now, at abcearlyacademy.com/pricing, and the license number is in the site's structured data, where Google and the AI assistants read it.

06 Fluyenta, Texas and Bogotá, Colombia

A Texas-based, women-owned software company (formerly RunMyProcess) with international remote teams and an office in Bogotá.

Marketing strategy / Website audit / Social media / Landing pages

The problem

A product company with a new name and a message that sold the tool instead of what the tool fixes. Its site and its feed had to start speaking to the people who buy: operations leaders in manufacturing and field work.

What we did

1. July 2026: the marketing strategy and a website audit, then the pivot to selling solutions by vertical instead of the platform.

2. August 2026: the first vertical landing page, manufacturing, built from scratch with FAQ markup and an llms.txt for the AI tools.

3. September 2026: the whole month's posts, planned, designed and captioned, plus the training landing page and the interview clips with the team.

What changed

Working with NIXAR has been a game changer for RunMyProcess. Their creativity, strategic approach and hands on support has been invaluable to our growth and innovation.

07 Expert Tire Service, Stockton, California

A tire and auto shop in Stockton: tires, wheel alignment, brakes, suspension and lift kits.

Website / Social media

The problem

A shop with real work and real offers, and nowhere online that showed either.

What we did

1. Built the website from scratch: the shop, its services and its offers on the first screen, with a call button that works from a phone.

2. The ad designs for its offers, made for Instagram and Facebook: new tires installed, wheel alignment, the oil change, brake pads, and a free flat repair or suspension inspection.

What changed

The shop has a site of its own now, at experttireservice.com, with its offers and a call button on the first screen.
