Privacy policy

1. Who we are

NIXAR Solutions is an agency in Frisco, Texas. This policy covers nixarsolutions.com. It explains what we collect, why, which outside services handle it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. Questions go to hello@nixarsolutions.com or 469-759-3638.

2. What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect what you type: your name, email, phone, business name, website, city, the service you are asking about and your message. We also note which page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). When you run the free check we collect the website address you enter, and if you ask for the report by email, your business name, city and email. Our server sees your IP address; we use it to stop spam and to limit how often one visitor can run the free check. We collect usage data through Google Analytics, described below.

3. The free check

The free check reads the public pages of the website you enter, the way a search engine would. It sends that address to Google PageSpeed Insights for a phone speed test. We keep the results for 24 hours so a repeat check is quick: the page title, main heading, meta description, a short text sample of up to 5 KB, contact details found on the page and the structured data it uses. We never store the page's raw HTML. Counters used for rate limits (by IP address, website and email address) expire on their own. If you ask for the full report by email, your email, business name and city are saved as a lead so we can send it.

4. Services we use

Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, counts visits and named actions such as a booked call or a finished free check. It loads only after you first scroll, tap or press a key, and we never send it your name, email or phone. Calendly runs our booking calendars and only loads when you click a booking button or reach a booking section; what you enter there goes to Calendly. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. Resend sends our emails, including free check reports and form confirmations. Google Sheets holds our lead records. Google PageSpeed Insights runs the speed test in the free check. Netlify hosts the site. If we switch on text alerts, Twilio sends a short alert to our own phone about a new lead; we never text you from the website. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

5. How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, book and hold calls, send the report you asked for, and do the work you hire us for. We use analytics to see which pages help people and which do not. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising on other sites.

6. Emails and unsubscribing

If you ask for a free check report, we email it and may follow up once. Every report email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, your address goes on a do-not-send list and we will not email it from the website again. You can also email hello@nixarsolutions.com and ask to be removed.

7. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a new visit from a returning one. We do not use advertising cookies: advertising storage is switched off in our Google consent settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we switch analytics off too. Calendly and Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own cookies when they load. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

8. How long we keep it

Free check results: 24 hours. Rate limit counters: until their time window ends. Leads and emails: as long as we need them to reply to you and to do business with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

9. Payments

We never take payment on this website. If you hire us, we send an invoice separately.

10. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nixarsolutions.com or call 469-759-3638 and we will reply within 30 days.

11. Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters for information we already hold, we will tell you by email.
