Property management marketing that owners and tenants can find
Property management marketing means owners looking for a manager, and tenants looking for a home, find your firm and reach the right person. For property management firms we build the website, make it readable to Google and AI tools, and set up automations that route owner and tenant inquiries.
We haven't audited property management websites yet, so the numbers below come from local business websites in general.

From a search to a signed owner or a filled unit
An owner or a tenant searches, or asks an AI tool, for a manager or a rental nearby
Google shows the map results and the AI tool names a few firms
Your site doesn't say which towns and property types you manage, so it doesn't match the question.
They open your site
They look for the areas you cover, what you manage and how to reach you
Owners and tenants land on the same page with no clear path for either.
They send an inquiry
Every inquiry goes to one inbox and waits for someone to sort it.
A call booked with the right person
What owners and tenants search
We don't have search data for property management yet. What we check is whether your site says, in plain words, the towns you manage in, the property types you take on and how each kind of visitor reaches you, because that's what a search has to match.
What AI answers
A short list of firms with a line on each, built from what the tool can read on Google Maps, directories, reviews and firm websites. A site that names its towns and services clearly gives it something of yours to repeat.
What we fix
We build a website that gives owners and tenants their own path and names every area you cover, with the code that says who you are and where. We get your listings to agree. And we set up an automation that sorts each inquiry, sends it to the right person and confirms it back to the sender.
What we found on 55 local business websites
- 50 of 55had no FAQ markup.
- 30 of 55had nothing in their code saying they're a local business at an address.
- 21 of 55had no structured data at all.

Questions from property managers
What do owners look for before hiring a property manager?
We don't have property management search data yet, so we won't guess at numbers. What we check is whether your site answers the basics in plain words: which towns you manage in, which property types you take on, what's included and how an owner starts. Those are what a search or an AI answer has to match.
How do you get listed in AI answers for a city?
Say it where AI tools read: your website, your Google Business Profile and the directories that list you. That means naming each town you manage in, with the same business name, address and phone everywhere, and marking it up in your site's code. Then we ask the AI tools every month and record whether you're named.
What does the $150 audit cover?
How your firm shows up on Google and Maps, whether Google can read your most important page, how that page works on a phone, and whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name you when someone asks for a property manager nearby. we walk you through every finding on a 45-minute call. It doesn't cover social media.
Can automations handle owner and tenant inquiries?
That's what we'd build: each inquiry sorted as owner or tenant, logged, confirmed back to the sender and sent to the right person on your team. We haven't built one for a property management firm yet, so we'd scope it with you on a discovery call.
