What does an AI receptionist do?
An AI receptionist answers your phone when you can't, in your business's voice. It answers the common questions from facts you've approved, books appointments into your calendar and passes anything unusual to you with a summary, so you call back knowing what the caller wants.
Will a website chatbot give customers wrong answers?
